*Can I color this hair ??
Yes, this is 100% virgin human hair witch means the hair is not processed in anyway therefore you may color the hair, however once hair is treated in anyway it is no longer virgin hair so we recommend you color or process your hair by a professional.
*What hair care products should I use?
Treat this hair as if it is your real hair, use great quality shampoo and conditioner . Conditioning your hair is VERY important to keep it soft and manageable ,also try to avoid heavy styling products.
*How long does Mara's Extensions last?
Mara's Extensions can last a very long time depending on how you maintain them. Treat your extensions like your own hair take good care of them to help them last longer, with great care you extensions can last up to 3 years.
*How much hair do I need?
We suggest 14-16 inches you need 2 bundles or more, Lengths 18-24 you need 3 bundles or more, inches 26-30 you need 4 bundles or more, and 30 inches and up we suggest 5 bundles or more.
*Does this hair shed?
Any hair that has been manufacture to be stitched on a weft is entitled to experience MINIMUM shedding witch is absolutely normal minimum meaning the hair will never have a noticeable or drastic decrease in its density or volume. However proper maintenance is extremely important & very much advised
*Do I have to do anything special to this hair before bed ,In the morning etc.
NEVER sleep on wet hair, sleeping on wet hair is known to matte hair. Sleep with your hair completely dry with a satin scarf or cap. Placing curl rods into your hair before bed will keep your curl. Gently brushing your hair, wrapping your hair or putting it into a ponytail is recommended before bed. We advise you to comb /brush your hair every morning from the ends and work your way up towards the scalp.Starting from your ends will help not pull strands of hair out by keeping pressure off of the scalp.
*How long is processing, shipping and handling?
We asked that you please keep your shipping address and billing address the same. Our shipping policy when ordering within state please give 24 hours to process you will receive a call about your order then for confirmation to schedule a pickup date and time. Hair requires 2-3 business days to ship out.When shipping outside of state it will take 3-5 business days, also you are required to to sign for your order in event that your order is returned to Mara's Minks & Bundles, we will contact you via email. however we are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays or holiday delays.Thank you.
